1. Payment for 4 lessons is upfront, with a receipt containing completed lesson dates issued after services are completed.
2. Requests for absences must be confirmed over WhatsApp, at a reasonable time before the lesson start. Preferably in the morning. No medical certificate is required.
3. The Coach will inform as soon as possible when he thinks lesson cannot take place due to bad weather conditions. This is about 45 mins to 60 mins before the lesson. Lesson fees are not charged in such instances. He considers all available information before making the decision, including checking the myENV weather app over the entire island for wind and lightning conditions. The coach may be incorrect at times. If he was able to predict weather with 100% accuracy, he would have become a meteorologist.
4. All classes are considered group classes i.e. we may place additional students in the class at any time.
5. We have the right to decline service for any reason, just the same as you have the right to stop lesson at any time. All unused lesson balances are returned.
6. Students who repeatedly refuse to take instructions, or pose a danger to themselves and others, will be asked to leave the class.
